Cover Orange Level 76 walkthrough has you dropping the first captain’s wheel on the right-side mini-bomb. This will cause an explosion and move the giant crate to the left, which sets off another mini-bomb. The force of the second bomb will move the crate, pretty much back to where it started. Now wait for the levitating platform to move back to the right. Drop another captain’s wheel to the left of your orange and it will nudge next to the crate that the bombs were next to.

When you drop the next captain’s wheel, you need to wait until the levitating platform is moving back towards the left. When it does that, you want to drop the wheel just a bit above the crated area. Almost immediately, you need to drop a rectangular crate to block off the opening on the right. If you can do this promptly, it will block out the wheel you just dropped from falling down the opening. You want it to bounce off the crate and roll back to the left.
Now, the wheel will fall down into the hole and the stormcloud will dump its acid rain. Your safe haven is complete and your oranges remain dry.
