Cover Orange Level 27 walkthrough has you dropping the first captain’s wheel directly in the center of the screen. It should wedge itself nicely and block out the middle area. The next step is to drop a captain’s wheel on your right orange and nudge it down the ramp. Repeat this step and drop your next captain’s wheel on the left orange and watch it roll down the ramp, as well.

Initially, you’re going to have a tendency to want to just drop your next wheel to plug up the obvious hole. Instead, you need to drop it along the bottom part of the right ramp. The wheel will slide down the ramp and bounce over the other wheel that’s already lodged in the middle. This will then cause your current wheel to wedge on the left side of the center wheel and create a safe place for your oranges. The stormcloud passes by without landing a drop.
