Cover Orange Level 31 walkthrough has you using precision timing to keep your oranges safe. Drop the captain’s wheel on top of each orange and watch them roll down the diagonal path. Before the oranges reach the bottom, you need to drop a third and fourth captain’s wheel to block each orange against the walls. Drop that third captain’s wheel to the left and then to the right side of the center flower patch. The objective is to get the wheel’s to roll to both sides and block in your oranges. If you’ve done this properly, the stormcloud will blow by, dump its acid rain and leave frustrated knowing he missed the oranges, yet again.
