Cover Orange Level 67 walkthrough has you dropping the purple barrel just barely on the left side of your orange. This will nudge it to the right, but eventually the orange will roll back against the purple barrel. Now drop another captain’s wheel on top of the orange. This will detonate the mini-bomb and cause an explosion.

Once the dust settles, you want to drop that wooden barrel partially on the orange. Your goal should be for the barrel to flip on its side, right next to the orange.
